Nur Allah Sultan on behalf of Zivar Taj Khanum, daughter of Mirza Husayn (from Nigaristan), claims money on a property, which is now under the ownership of Fath‘ali Khan Salar Nizam. The court asks for evidence to prove this claim and the decree of the court, which was in favor of Zivar Taj Kanum.

Qadam Khayr Garusi's petition, 1914 or 1915
Qadam Khayr Garusi complains to Majlis against Haj Mirza Abu al-Bashar, who has seized her properties after the death of her husband, Sayyid ʻAbbas. The Ministry of the Interior ordered the government of Garus to investigate the case. The Majlis writes to Qadam Khayr that her complaint has been received and is being dealt with.

Hajiyah Khanum and her husband Haji Fazʻali Khan, acquaintances of Farmanfarma, died in Karbalaʼ, after which the Ottoman Empire confiscated their belongings because they had no heirs.

Petition of ʻAliriza Khan's daughter, 1911
ʻAliriza Khan has been disposed from being the governor of Garus [due to people's complaints] and the state has seized the property of his daughter, Anvar al-Saltanah. Anvar al-Saltanah complains to the Majlis that she inherited these properties from her mother and wants them returned to her. The Majlis writes to the Prime Minister about the complaint and wants him to address the issue and inform the Majlis about the result. The Majlis asks for more information about the seizure of the properties of the governor of Garus.

Seizing Anvar al-Saltanah's inheritance
Salar Nusrat writes to the Majlis reporting that ʻAli Abad village, which Anvar al-Saltanah inherited, was seized by ʻAliriza Khan Mushir al-Tujjar. The Majlis writes to the Ministry of Interior to investigate the case and restore the right of Anvar al-Saltanah.
